Bear Creek Subdivision is a 357-lot residential development located on 150.79 acres in Meridian, Idaho. The site is only ten minutes away from Boise City by freeway access. Lot sizes ranges from 9,500 square feet to nearly ¾ acre.

The subdivision features a variety of playgrounds on an 18-acre park site including soccer fields, baseball fields and basketball courts. The developer provides numerous pedestrian pathways for the residents’ recreational pleasure. The Boondocks water park and amusement center is minutes away. Downtown Meridian is five minutes from the development.

Greg Johnson, with West Park Development Company, is the developer of this project. He has also developed Eagle Ridge and Sportsman Pointe Subdivisions located in Eagle and Meridian, Idaho, respectively.
