MOUNTAIN SHADOWS SUBDIVISION is located on over 150 pristine acres in the West Central Mountains of Garden Valley, Idaho, just 50 miles from the state capital. LARRY HELLHAKE is the developer of this community.

The subdivision is comprised of 50 choice homesites ranging in size from 2 to 6 acres each. All residents enjoy privacy and pine tree-meadow views in an incredibly serene setting!

BEI also engineered a high-tech private central water system for the subdivision, as well as an unobtrusive, private paved road system with excellent year-round access.
