The subdivision has an overall density of 1.53 dwelling units per acre, providing residents with spacious country-style living.

Countryside Estates is designed as a community with meandering walking paths, a linear park and extensive landscaping encompassing seven acres of open space.

The developers of this project are Capital Development and Tom Ricks. Capital Development has also developed Bristol Heights, Quail Ridge, Eagle Hills East and Plantation View Estates in the greater Boise area.
